Do I need a Calendoora account to book?
Yes. To book through Calendoora you need a free Calendoora account. With it you can manage your bookings and keep your appointments and reservations in one place.
Does booking through Calendoora cost me anything?
Using Calendoora is generally free for you as a customer. If a business requires a deposit or fee for a specific service, you will see that before you complete the booking.
How do I know my booking was confirmed?
After a successful booking you receive a confirmation with the most important details about your appointment or reservation.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Whether a booking can be changed or cancelled depends on the policies of each business. You can find the available options in your booking confirmation and in your Calendoora account.
I did not receive a booking confirmation. What can I do?
First check your spam or junk folder. You can also find your bookings in your Calendoora account. If no booking appears there either, contact the business directly.
Can I also book at short notice?
Yes. If the business still has free appointments or reservations available, you can book them online at short notice.
Who do I contact with questions about my appointment or reservation?
For questions about your appointment, a reservation, prices, or services, contact the business directly.

No. If you do not have a website yet, Calendoora can create a professional digital presence for your business with you.
If you already have a website, we can look at how Calendoora and online booking can be integrated sensibly.
How does setup work?
Setup is done together with the Calendoora team. We collect the key information about your business and set up the features you need.
That can include your website, booking system, services, opening hours, and Google Business Profile. You do not have to work through a complicated technical setup on your own.
Do I have to set up Calendoora myself?
No. Small businesses often have neither the time nor the technical knowledge to set up multiple digital systems themselves.
That is why we actively support you during setup. Once your business is ready to go, you can manage the most important content and settings easily in your Calendoora dashboard.
How much does Calendoora cost?
Pricing depends on which features and services your business needs. Not every business needs the same solutions.
