I came into the salon with very tangled, matted hair to be honest, I wasn’t sure if anything could be done. I was expecting to be turned away or told it all had to be cut off. But the owner took the time to look at my situation and actually tried to help. She worked alone on my hair, stayed calm and respectful the whole time, and didn’t make me feel judged or uncomfortable even though it was definitely a challenge. I really appreciated that she didn’t rush or give up, but handled it with care and professionalism. So thank you Salem not for doing the impossible, but for treating me with patience and respect when it really counted.

Finally I found a Loctician in Frankfurt. I went to get my first retwist after starting my Loc journey 3 months ago. Absolutely great Hair Place. The owner so sweet and I could watch her doing hair. She definitely knows what she is doing. The Loctician as well. Kind, professional and skilled. I am so happy with the results. She went out of her way to do a great job and even at the end twisted the retwist into a ponytail. Not only was everyone super kind and professional but the pricing is also fair. Thanks a lot. See you again.

I went there for a lady’s tapered haircut since I have mixed Afro hair. Michael did a really good job, although I was a bundle of nerves throughout the whole process since I had never had such a cut with a razor and the like and was quite afraid of the results. But it turned out nice, and I would definitely recommend it. Besides that, everyone was very nice, and I got an appointment easily for the same day.

Salem is an awesome hairstylist located in Frankfurt Germany. Very warm and welcoming with a real nack at putting you at ease when in her chair. A real professional. I recently had my first experience with hair extensions. I highly recommend Salem for al your hair care needs.
